Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free standard shipping on orders over NT$1,500. Express and same-day delivery have fixed fees regardless of order value.
Can I change my shipping address?
You can change your shipping address within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, please contact customer service.
What if my item doesn't fit?
No problem! You can return or exchange items within 30 days. We offer free exchanges for size issues on full-price items.
