At CODPAL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

• Eligibility: Refunds are issued for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or significantly different from the description.
• Request Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.
• Process: Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed via your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
